1) Background rhythms - Background show 9-10 Hz with 30-100 microvolts in left occipital leads. - There are diffuse continuous theta to delta range slow waves on both hemisphere without significant asymmetry 2) Alpha attenuations are good/ not good/ poor. 3) Activation - There are no build up phenomena during HV & PS. - There are mild build up phenomena during HV & PS (predominantly polymorphic delta to theta waves on F3 and C3 or F4). 4) Artifact - Electrical popping was noted - There are some artifacts due to the eyeball and leads movements and electrode pop. 5) Asymmetry & Asynchrony. -N/S -EEG asymmetry is a measure of the difference in alpha power between the left and right frontal regions of the brain. 6) Sleep - Sleep stage is not noted - There are much amounts of sleep including N2 stage during the tracing. 7) Abnormal Discharge There are diffuse continuous theta to delta range slow waves on both hemisphere without significant asymmetry Some focal localizations in both frontal and left central area are suspected. Nonspecific 8) Epileptiform discharge - No abnormal discharge - There are frequently generalized epileptiform discharge including predominancy of left fronto-central area(high amplitude delta to theta on both frontal area). 9) Conclusion - Normal/Abnormal EEG - Some focal localizations in both frontal and left central area are suspected. - Some subcortical dysfuction are suspected - Some cerebral dysfunction are suspected 10) Recommendations & Clinical correlation - Follow up EEG, if needed - Imaging studies required - EEG REPORT -
